MicroHV-1000 Series Micro Hardness Tester Main Functions:
The MicroHV-1000M and MicroHV-1000A Digital Micro Hardness Tester are designed with a unique precision in optics, mechanics, and electrics. This design ensures clearer indentation images and more precise measurements. The digital measuring eyepiece eliminates the need for manual input of the indentation's diagonal, directly displaying the test mode, test force, indentation length, dwell time, test numbers, and conversion scale. By pressing the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, the hardness value is automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. An optional Knoop indenter can be used to measure Knoop hardness, and the tester can be equipped with a CCD image automatic measuring system.
