The QualiTA™ II is a flexible piece of testing equipment put together to check the wear resistance of many different materials. As a modern rotary abrasion tester, it features a sample holding platform, two grinding wheels, and suction nozzles to keep the area clear of debris.

This taber type abrasion tester is made to give you solid information that lines up with key ISO and ASTM standards, making it a great tool for labs checking everything from paper and textiles to glass and hard plastics.

• Simple Touchscreen Operation: Comes with a very easy-to-use touchscreen where you can put in all your test settings, like how fast it should go and for how long. It also has a one-touch button for zeroing out the count and shows you how much time is left in the test.

• Flexible Power Setup: This machine is made to work with different power sources, handling anything from 100V to 240V. It keeps the spinning speed very steady, so you get the same test conditions no matter where you are.

• Broad Speed Adjustment: You have a lot of control over how fast the test runs. The spinning speed can be set anywhere from a slow 5 rpm all the way up to 100 rpm, which lets you copy many different kinds of real-world wear.

• Consistent Wear Pattern: The way this machine is put together is very solid, ensuring the grinding wheels create the same even wear pattern on your sample every single time you run a test.
