Metrology-Grade Digital Rockwell Hardness Testing
The QualiRock Digital Series represents the pinnacle of deadweight-type hardness testing, engineered to meet and exceed the rigorous standards of ASTM E-18 and ISO 6508. Available in two configurations—QualiRock-R (Regular) and QualiRock-RS (Twin: Regular & Superficial)—these testers combine the reliability of proven mechanical loading with the precision of advanced digital readout technology.
Designed for both high-volume production floors and precision quality control labs, the QualiRock series features a unique Extended Indenter Nose, allowing for the testing of difficult geometries, such as the internal surfaces of rings (>23mm diameter) and external curves of round bars (>3mm diameter), without requiring complex fixtures.
Ideal Applications
Rapidly verify HRC/HRB values on hardened steel, carburized layers, and tempered components to ensure process control.
The protruding nose design enables direct hardness testing on gear teeth and inner bearing races where standard testers cannot reach.
Use the QualiRock-RS (Twin) model for Superficial scales (15N, 30N, etc.) to accurately test thin sheets and surface-hardened layers without penetration through the substrate.
