Non-Combustibility Furnace Testing Equipment
Overview
This piece of furnace testing equipment is put together to follow the ISO 1182 standard for running a non-combustibility test. Its main job is to figure out the fire safety ranking of things used in construction, especially top-tier Class A materials.
It's a key tool for checking not only finished items made from a mix of materials but also the separate ingredients that go into them. You can also use it for checking the fire behavior of materials for railways and ships, following BS and IMO guidelines.
Features & Benefits
-
Smart Temperature Management: Uses a very smart setup with a PID controller and thyristor system, which makes sure the heat is kept very exact and stays steady during the whole check.
-
Automatic Heat Balancing: The system changes over on its own from PID temperature management to a power control mode, so your team doesn't have to step in, which keeps the check perfectly in line with the rules.
-
Durable Heating System: The main heating chamber gets up to 750±5°C using a tough heating coil from a well-known Swedish maker, which is known for lasting a very long time.
-
Complete Temperature Readings: High-grade temperature sensors from a US company are placed in three key spots—inside the furnace, in the middle of the sample, and on its surface—to give you the correct information you need.
-
Simple Data Handling: The software that collects and looks at the information automatically puts together full reports on the test, which you can get out easily through a connected computer.
