Programmable Cyclic Corrosion Test Chamber - QCCT
Overview
The QCCT Series (available in 450L, 960L, and 1280L models) represents a major step up from traditional static testing. While standard tests keep samples in a constant fog at 35°C, the real world is much more dynamic.
This cyclic corrosion test chamber allows you to simulate the actual changing weather patterns your products face outdoors—automatically cycling through salt fog, dry heat, air drying, and high humidity. It is the most effective way to identify potential failures in coatings and materials that simple static tests often miss.
Key Features
-
Complex Environmental Cycling: This system does not just spray salt; it manages a complete weather cycle. You can program the machine to switch automatically between Neutral Salt Spray (NSS), air drying, damp heat, and condensation. This capability makes it a true cyclic salt spray chamber, perfect for meeting rigorous automotive and industrial standards where products face wet/dry stress.
-
Premium Titanium Construction: We built the inner workspace using high-grade 1mm pure titanium plates rather than plastic or standard steel. This ensures maximum resistance to corrosive solutions over decades of use. The exterior is crafted from durable stainless steel, and the entire unit is insulated with flame-retardant materials to keep the heat safely contained.
-
Precision Spray System: To solve the common issue of nozzle clogging, we utilize the Bernoulli principle to atomize the salt solution. The system uses special glass nozzles that prevent salt crystallization, ensuring the mist remains uniform throughout the entire test. You also have full control over the fog density and can use the rapid "drain-away" function to clear the mist quickly when switching cycles.
-
Intelligent Touchscreen Control: Managing complex multi-step tests is effortless with the 7-inch color LCD touch panel. You can program and store up to 120 different test patterns, with each program containing up to 99 segments. This flexibility allows you to replicate highly specific OEM testing protocols without needing to manually adjust settings between phases.
-
Massive Data Storage & Connectivity: The controller features battery-protected RAM that can store machine settings and sampling data for over 10 years. It also comes equipped with RS-232, RS-485, and USB interfaces, allowing you to monitor the cyclic corrosion chamber remotely from your PC or download year’s worth of data instantly for your reports.
-
User-Centric Design: We designed the lid with a 110° angle so that condensation runs down the sides rather than dripping onto your samples. The cover opens smoothly with a pneumatic air cylinder, making loading heavy parts easy and safe. Inside, the reinforced fiberglass mesh rack allows for optimal airflow and can support heavy loads of up to 600kg per square meter.
