Heating wires embedded in the inner plates warm the chamber rapidly, while P.I.D. controls keep the temperature balanced. This ensures the pH and concentration of your spray solution remain stable throughout the test.

Rugged Construction: Built to withstand harsh corrosive environments, this salt spray test chamber features a pure titanium inner liner and a stainless steel exterior with a protective paint finish. We also separated the water and electrical components completely to prevent accidental damage to the circuitry.

Smart Lid Design: The cabinet cover is angled to prevent condensation from dripping back onto your samples and affecting results. Opening the unit is effortless—an air cylinder lifts the seal cover with a single press of a button.

Clog-Free Spray System: Unlike older siphon methods that often get blocked by crystallized salt, our system uses a high-capacity external tank and a peristaltic pump. This delivers a steady, adjustable flow of salt water to the nozzle, ensuring continuous operation without interruptions.

You can easily customize spray cycles (continuous or interval), monitor testing parameters, and store up to 360 days of curve data. The unit also includes RS-232 ports, allowing you to manage up to 16 salt spray cabinet units remotely from a PC.
